Clarke Properties was formed in 1999, initially to purchase land adjacent to the Clarke Transport site in Lutterworth and to build a second warehouse to satisfy demand for our storage services.
Along with this land came a suite of offices which were refurbished and are now fully occupied. A second office block is owned on the Bilton Way site and details of current availability to let can be found on the Commercial Property page.
Clarke Properties was responsible for the conversion of the Denbigh Arms Hotel in Lutterworth, into prestigious apartments. For more information click on the Residential Property link.
